Eligibility Criteria

• Tenant must be an active resident of an AMRR-managed property for the duration of the lease term(s) used to accrue credits.
• Only tenants with a good tenancy record are eligible. This includes:
• Minimal violations of property rules or policies.
• Compliance with all terms of the lease agreement(s).

Lease Payment Requirement

• All lease payments must be paid in full by the tenant over the course of the tenancy.
• Any skipped or unpaid lease payments will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of accrued credits.

Property Inspection Requirement

• The rental property must pass a final inspection by AMRR before the voucher can be redeemed.
• The inspection will verify that the property is in good condition, excluding normal wear and tear. Damages or excessive wear beyond normal use may result in deductions from accrued credits or disqualification from the program.

Credit Redemption Details

• Credits are non-transferable and can only be applied toward the purchase of a qualifying home through AMRR’s builder partnerships.
• Credits will be applied toward the purchase price or closing costs and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Maximum credit redemption is capped at $5,000.

Validity Period

• Credits are valid for up to one year after lease termination or until the tenant purchases a qualifying property, whichever comes first.
• Tenants must be in good standing at the time of redemption.

Verification Process

• AMRR reserves the right to verify eligibility, payment history, and property condition before approving credit redemption.
• Additional documentation may be requested to confirm compliance with program terms.

Program Updates

• AMRR reserves the right to modify or terminate the Tenant Home-Buying Credit Program at any time. Previously accrued credits will remain valid if all other conditions are met.

Additional Conditions

• Any disputes or questions regarding the program will be resolved at the sole discretion of AMRR Property Management.
• Tenant agrees to the terms and conditions of the program by participating and accepting the voucher.
